Berguedana Pizza


Berguedana Pizza / Pizza Berguedana/ Pizza Berguedana
Cook time: 25 minutes
Level: EASY
Ingredients:
-1 Dough
-Mozzarella
-Tomato
-Grated cheese.
-Salty Ham
-Oregano
-Black Olives (without stone)

METHOD:

- First, take the dough and with a spoon spread the tomato.
- Afterwards, throw the mozzarella doing a fine layer.
- Next, cut salty ham and put on the dough of pizza. Put olives too.
- Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 220ºC.
- After, put grated cheese and oregano on the top of the dough.
- Then, put the pizza into the oven and bake it for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, put the pizza in a dish.
- Serve it.
